It was basically 3-tier process.
1. First round was aptitude test-MCQ format: Questions were based on analytical skills .
2. Interview: Interview session was mostly focused on subject expertise and work profile.

It was good overall with the questions on your loyalty and commitment to the company company and the demanding nature of the job and your commitment to it
