Initially there was a teleph the face to face round they asked me technical questions regarding the work i did in my previous companies and also what I plan to do there. The overall experice with the interview process was good

there are two rounds of interview.one is technical team and other is HR team Questions were quite general as introduce yourself , why you want to come for Pharmacovigilance, general questions over PV topics like ADR ,Adverse event difference,.MEDRA , different regulatory bodies, they also check your Pharmacology knowledge like treatment of UTI, neutropenia and so on.
