There were total 5-6 rounds. 1. Test on the hackerearth which has 25 MCQs and 2 programming problems. 2. Two Assignments (Webpage design in HTML, CSS + Mini github profile app in React) 3. Skype based interview on Javascript with one of the engineer 4. Another skype based interview on Data structure, Algorithm and Problem Solving with Sr. Engineer and CTO 5. Interview with one of the Founder, Parul. Had a general discussion on my experience, journey of Springboard as a startup, etc. After this, they had scheduled another round of interview (They were considering me for the Backend role on priority). By then, I had another offer which I accepted. It was a nice experience to interview with the company. The team is really awesome and encourages learning.
