I applied for the executive housekeeping position for the Amarillo location through a third party site. I was asked to interview, but when I came I was informed that the job wasn't even available and the job was actually for a regular housekeeping position even though the listing was clearly for "Housekeeping Manager" and the requirements were for an Executive Housekeeper . The incompetent managerial staff tried to blame me for the mistake and wouldn't even own up to their error. I will be avoiding Springhill Suites in the future for any job ventures and doing business in general and I suggest you do the same unless you enjoy being led on and having your time wasted.
