Whole process took 3-4 weeks and all virtual. After recruiter screening interview, there were 3 steps: 1. Interview with hiring manager 2. Interview with team director 3. Take home assignment and final interview with Billing team lead. They allowed 3 days from time of receipt to complete the take home, which had 3 parts to test error identification, process design for Salesforce, and communication by creating a guide for the sales team in Salesforce. There were also 2 assessments, one behavioral and one cognitive that were required after passing the recruiter screening. The recruiters and interviewers kept me well informed at every step of the way and scheduling online with them was quick and easy. They were all so respectful of my time, which I greatly appreciated.
