The interview process is the worst process I have ever experienced. The recruiter was very unprofessional, I should have known at that point moving forward. Didn’t hear anything back till 3 weeks later to schedule another interview with the manager , that went well until I got ghosted for another 3 weeks to schedule with two staff members on the team. After meeting with the current members , I thought the process move pretty quickly but I was wrong again. Didn’t hear back for months , once again I should have known. I read reviews about the process and wanted to see if my process will break the cycle of lack of communication with the interviewer, I was wrong again. I received an email months later to schedule another interview with another manger after 3 months of being ghosted . I did and thought this was it, I was wrong again. I was scheduled the interview with the director of the department after another week of going back and forth with scheduling. I finally interviewed with the director and got ghosted again. This alone proves what the organization system is. I thank you for the unprofessional process , I will be devastated to join the organization after reading so many reviews I realized I wasn’t alone.
