J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Spreetail (Lincoln, ND) en mars 2018

Very laidback interview process. I did a series of interviews that focused on getting to know me rather than assessing my technical skills. I had interned at Spreetail in the past, so I assume if that wasn't the case there would have been some sort of additional technical component to the interview.

Having had a referral, I was contracted the next business day for a quick phone interview with a recruiter. We discussed the company, mission statement, the department, and position. It was concise yet informational. The next interview was scheduled shortly thereafter.
The next interview was in Lincoln at the Nebraska Innovation Campus and was a mixture of behavior and technical questions. We got to dive into my prior experiences, good and bad, and wrapped up the process with a whiteboard round. If you have the experience they're looking for, this should not be anything to fret about.
Before the third interview, I was given a work sample and was told they would like me to spend no more than X hours on it. During this time we scheduled the next interview, and presented my solution to a panel of squad leads. If you're unfamiliar with the Spotify squad team structure, think of them as team leads. We went over parts I was proud of and not-so-proud of, improvements that could have been made, a couple business related questions (user stories), and other technical questions. It was a very enjoyable experience.
After this I had my final interview the next week with the Head of Product and an individual from People and Culture. It was very informal and at a local coffee shop. We discussed Spreetail but also my life, experiences, and the growth I'd like to experience if I ended up at Spreetail.
Every Spreetailer I met was, to simply put it, very cool. Everyone seemed to embody the Spreetail mission statement and made it very clear that people are put first at this company. They definitely seem to work hard, but it's all because they mesh together. If you're not someone who enjoys a team environment or if you're someone who lacks communication skills, it may not be the place for you.
