You first receive basic screening email communication from the people team including questions such as what experience do you believe makes you the best candidate for the role, your salary range, your notice period and your interview availability. Then within a week you have a follow-up interview with the hiring manager.

Interview process and communication throughout was timely and respectful. It started with a 30 minute phone screen and then had a second phone conversation with the same person about a week later. Finally, I had a phone interview with two people of equal position for which I was applying.
