One of the men that interviewed me seemed very arrogant and out of touch. He kept asking questions that had nothing to do with the position I was applying for. I was very unimpressed with the interviewers. The company itself is not large so the arrogance was surprising to me. Would not recommend wasting your time with their "great company culture". There are better companies out there that have less belittling interview processes.
