The interview process is pretty drawn out. After you apply you are screened. If you pass the screening you will get a phone interview and after that you will take an integrity test online if you pass the phone interview. Then you (at least I did) will interview with the branch manager and the operations manager along with office staff. It was pretty involved but I understand the point....they want good people and that a good thing.

Several interviews (3) total. Somewhat tense but also pretty casual. Hard questions do get asked and you’re put on the spot fumbling. Mine was though Zoom and it made the process uneasy compared to face-to-face.
