Recruiter was lousy. Didn’t follow through on emails, wasn’t clear when scheduling interview. Good overview of organization when finally connecting but unprepared and distracted within the process. Unsure of stability and organization of the company based on disfunction of interview process.

Applied online and then waited for a response. I received an email that allowed me to continue the application process. Once the application was completed, HR helped with the rest of the process.
