Fairly easy, if you're outgoing and have experience with working with children then you'll get it for sure. I got a call and then did an in-person trial coaching session (was not paid for our time though). Immediately got hired on the spot and started the next session.

We met outside the Yucaipa YMCA. I interviewed for about 30 mins and then I helped coach a 3-5 year old class on soccer. They use a lot of stories to help keep the children engaged and you are teaching basic skills.
