Short and friendly interviews with HR, and then a fairly difficult written test (4 hours assigned) I did everything and then never heard back from the company ever again. Tried to get in touch, they told me they will come back to me, which never actually happened. I think if you require people to work 4 hours on an assignment, the minimum is to say they didn't succeed.
