      Entretien pour Flight Attendant

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Spirit Airlines (Fort Lauderdale, FL) en déc. 2015

      Entretien

There are three arounds. They cut people after each around. First they do the meet and greet. Then they do the introduction about the company and there brand. Afterwards that's when up are broken down into groups; going by the number and color on your name tag sticker you received when you checked in. And that's where process and limitation starts. The first round you go up and tell you name and pluck a card out this fish bowl with a random question on it. U must read the question and answer it. After everyone has done that; they leave out the room. When they come back they will start calling out numbers. The numbers they call out; are the ones they will send home. Round two is very similar. This round they want to see how well you can work together with people in your group (at your table). The group must make an airline up and draw the aircraft to it on this cardboard. Then you must give your airline some core values that you believe in. Once finished your group will present this airline in front of everyone and tell why you picked each core value. Then there's process and illumination again (cut time). Then you go to lunch. After lunch is round three. This is pretty much your interview. You get called in one by one and your seated in front of two people. They have u lift a 50 lb roller board crew bag over your head. Then they give you there inflight brochure that they had on the aircraft's for you to review. They want you to convince them into buying something off of it; as if you was a Flight Attendant selling it to them onboard. Afterwards they ask you a few questions. That's when you get to ask any questions that you might have. Then your put in a holding room. They do process and illumination one last time. And if your number don't get called this time, you have made it to go have your fingerprints and drug test done. They do it right there. Which means 9 out of 10 your hired.

he airline’s flight attendant interview process begins with an online application, followed by an assessment day involving group exercises and role-play scenarios. Successful candidates then proceed to a 1-on-1 interview, where their communication and customer service skills are evaluated. The next stage is a uniform check to ensure professional appearance, followed by a final review. Those who pass all stages receive a training offer before starting their career. The process assesses teamwork, adaptability, and service excellence
