About 120 people attended the interview that was by invitation only. You check in and get seated in a big room where they spend the first 2 or 3 hours telling you about the company. Then you get a 30 minute break and a choice to stay or leave the interview. Next you go up one by one in front of everyone and introduce yourself and answer one random question and wait until everyone else finishes. After that you get another break while they choose who moves on to the second round. After they come back into the room and call a few numbers out of the room. You then get told you moved on to the second round and they divide the room into 3 big groups. One group leaves the room while the other two groups stay in the room and get to ask flight attendants questions about the job. When your group finally leaves the room they separate you into teams where you have to make your own airline and give 5 qualities of your airline in 15 minutes. Your team then presents your airline to the rest group. After that you go back with everyone and they call half of the numbers out of the room and tell you whether or not you made it to the 1 on 1 interview.

Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking, interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
he airline’s flight attendant interview process begins with an online application, followed by an assessment day involving group exercises and role-play scenarios. Successful candidates then proceed to a 1-on-1 interview, where their communication and customer service skills are evaluated. The next stage is a uniform check to ensure professional appearance, followed by a final review. Those who pass all stages receive a training offer before starting their career. The process assesses teamwork, adaptability, and service excellence
