J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Spirit Airlines (Las Vegas, NV) en avr. 2016

      Entretien

Applied online, received invitation for interview process Las Vegas. I was able to register the night before, so that helped. Otherwise, show up an hour early for registration! They number your name tags, so the lower your number...the quicker they get to you when the face to face interviews happen. 7:30/8:00am: Presentation/orientation. This part was fun because you got to know the team that was going to be interviewing you. The main speaker was hilarious which helped since it was so early in the morning and helped my nerves a ton! They go over what it is like working for Spirit Airlines, your training, pay, benefits, etc. Around 10:30ish: They broke us up by the color of our name tags. There was red, blue, green and yellow. Once you are in your designated rooms, they had several round tables set up. They numbered our tables and called our tables by random to go to the front of the room and draw a card with a random question that you have to answer right then. Some of the questions are super easy, and some of the questions were more difficult. It seemed like they were really just wanting to see how well you spoke (articulation and loud) and your appearance. Don't stress out too much on the question itself, have fun with it! Once everyone has answered their questions, they gave us a 15 min break to "deliberate". They came back in the room and called out numbers, if your number was called you were told to go out in the hallway. In my group, if your number was called, you were on to the next round. If you didn't get called, you were excused. Thankfully I made it to the next round!! 12:00: Lunch break for 30 mins. 12:30: We all met back up in the main ballroom. They called us by colors again, but in groups of 4. You had to sit outside of a room and wait for your name to be called, like a doctor's office. Once your name was called, it was time for f2f interviews! Everyone either had one or two interviewers. I have two, and they were very laidback, which helped me calm down a little. First thing they had me do was to lift a 40 pound suitcase over my head. Then they had me read out an announcement first. Then, they asked me a few questions about myself and situational questions. Some people had to "sell" items off the menu. Everyone had a different interview from what I gathered. After the f2f, you go to the "deliberation room". From here, you were called out individually or with 2-3 other people. Some were in the room for less than a couple of mins and some were in there longer. I was in there for 25 mins until I was called out of the room and told that I got the job! You start the paperwork, fingerprinting, photo, and drug testing process. I was so excited, I didn't even care how longer the paperwork was LOL! The longest part of the whole thing was the drug testing. I waited about 2 hours until they got to me for the drug test. After that, you were free to go! All in all, dress professionally and be yourself. Most people dressed up like a flight attendant would. I just wore slacks, heels and a nice top. Mingle with those around you...I met a ton of people which also helped calm my nerves down because everyone is just as nervous as you! What is also nice is that they let you choose your base, which from my understanding not a lot of airlines do. They seemed annoyed at those who said, "I don't care, I'm fine with any base". So make sure you decide beforehand which base you want to be located at.

I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.

he airline’s flight attendant interview process begins with an online application, followed by an assessment day involving group exercises and role-play scenarios. Successful candidates then proceed to a 1-on-1 interview, where their communication and customer service skills are evaluated.
