i've interviewed at spire twice ,first time the interviewer told me i was overdressed for the interview i was wearing a suit ,he hadn't sorted a location for the interview i was interviewed in the canteen! the interviewer admitted he put the job on the wrong website it should only have been on the internal one not the external website, the interview was interrupted by the matron complaining that a task had not been completed the manager told me working hours were 9am-6pm the foreman interrupted and said there was three shifts 6am-2pm ,2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am .
the second time i went to an interview again no venue had been sorted and we had to walk around the hospital until an empty office was found during the interview i was asked my age which I thought was illegal.
spire came across as disorganised and unprofessional,
