I had a phone interview first, then an in person interview. The interviewer seemed very unprepared. I had to take a skills test on a desktop and it kept crashing. I was Unable to finish the test.

There is a 1 hour examination in ArcMap in the first interview. You are only called back for another if you pass. The second interview is a phone conference and face to face between MO managers and the local manager. Questions about experience and talents were included. Otherwise it was fairly casual.
