Got the 1st screening interview from HR and 2nd interview with the Hiring Manager in the next week, but it was ghosted afterwards. No feedback and comment. Don't think it's a great interview experience with the company.

Only had my 1st interview and waited almost two weeks for any updates, although I was told my the interviewer that they will setup my next interview the next day with the Production Manager. After me following up next week and they still didn't have any updates, I got an email two weeks later that they decided to move "Internally" which to me seemed weird because why have interviews if the team they were hiring for haven't even fully decided on whether or not to hire someone new. Felt like a wasted time and probably for everyone else who also applied andwent through their 1st interview with them.
