J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Spiff (Buenos Aires) en déc. 2022
Entretien
The process was rather long but very detailed. It consisted of a one-to-one interview with HR, followed by a detailed technical interview with the implementation team and finally a meeting with the VP with an offer following shortly after. It lasted roughly one month
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What are you doing now and what do you want to do in the future? Technical skills PM skills Excel/SQL
Two separate interviews were conducted--one with the department head and another with the department executive (SVP). The interviews were personable and were primarily focused on gauging role fit / experience along with technical / project management capabilities. After the initial interview, a very doable take-home assignment (1-2 hrs) was provided to assess technical competency.

I was contacted by someone from Spiff via Linkedin. They invited me to apply for the SE position. I had my first interview with someone from the P&C team. Then, I had a second interview with the team leads who, after the call, sent me the technical evaluation, which consisted of an Excel sheet with several tabs filled with sample data and 12 questions of increasing difficulty that had to be solved using formulae. Lastly, I had an interview with the department lead. An offer was made about 24hs later. Whether the job is what you want or not, you can't go wrong booking at least a first interview. They seem to know what they're looking for and they're refreshingly well-organized.
