Ghosted after the first round after a positive interview and after being asked about my availability for the next round. Whatever the case may be, it’s common courtesy and respect to let a candidate know that they won’t be moving forward, especially after leading me on and seeing the hiring manager then actively promote the job online since. It's one thing to apply and never hear back, it's another if you actually connect with a human (and positively so). It's disappointing to know Spiegelworld chooses to take the time out of someone's day, interview them, then ghost them thereafter.
