The process was very professional. First, an associate reached out to me to talk about the position. This was more conversational and less formal. Then I went into the office for the actual interview weeks later. I met the same associate, and I had a follow-up conversation with her. I spoke with another person after that. I believe she was part of the HR team. Lastly, I had a phone interview (while I was still in their office that same day) with a senior employee on the executive search team. I was asked to complete a power point presentation as part of my application.
