2 interviews, one with a recruiter and the other one with district manager. General behavior questions. Very positive. Was very energetic and personable. I really felt the interview went well. I sent my application online, the recruiter called and I talked to him about becoming a District manager trainee and he told me what the job entails. He then set up an interview with the district manager.

Positive vibes from upper management about room to grow. Went into the job with great expectations. Very excited for what the future was to hold. The end result was not what I expected.

The process was fairly smooth. I messaged the HRA on LinkedIn; we spoke on the phone. Then we met face to face for an interview. Lastly, I met with the Region manager and Division Director for my final interview.

Decent interview process. Interviewed with the HR Manager, then Regional Manager, then District Director. Each interviewer was very nice and accommodating. The interview process was very easy. The only issue I would say is that each interview was a bit redundant and I had to travel quite a distance each time.
