Two interviews, phone interview, background/credit check and drug screening. It took 4 weeks to get hired, and there was minimal communication to the stores I was interviewing at. Had to meet at 2 separate stores, over an hour drive each, to the interviewer being late and the store staff having no clue I was even going to be there. Similar to when I had to pick up a drug test form, the staff had no clue they had to get it for me and did not have one at the store I was asked to pick it up at.

File online and then you they contact you and you get interviewed by the district manager or the human resources, that is if you're not a current employee how wants to move up the ranks like I did.
