Very easy and relatively simple. The interview process is very straightforward and not hard to understand or comprehend. I feel like it would make a better experience if they had a actual area to sit down and talk with management instead of having to do the interview at the front counter while the manager is working and taking care of customers

I applied online. Received a call from a recruiter 2 days later. She asked me questions and then set up an interview atg the store the next day. The interview in store lasted about 20 minutes and went well. I was offered a position the same day.
