Interviewed with the District manager followed by an interview with the area manager for rubber stamping approval. Following a background check an offer was made. Because of the high turnover rate of personnel if you present a decent resume, you are a shoe in.

Entretien
It was very casual and made me feel comfortable in the company of the interviewer. Traditional interview questions were asked and some small talk was made. It was easy to feel good about the position early on in this stage.
