First interview is with HR personnel- go over a lot of situational topics
Next Interview is with a Region Manager/District Manager- more in-depth review of how you lead and process management
Final Interview is with Division Director- at this interview it is more of a conversation on how you would improve the business and what you aim to get out of this job and experience

Entretien
I had only one interview and was not selected for the job, the job stated that it was for new college graduates and entry level, but when I interviewed the lady said they were looking for experience.

Entretien
I went through 3 interviews one with the head of the region of human resources then the region manager who has a part of the state and then the area manager who has the whole state. The interview was really jus sitting down and talking with each person about why Speedway why do you think you're a good fit and such and such. It was really an organized sit down and answer behavioral based questions and they write your answers. It was more of a sit down and have a conversation about you and Speedway and the position and while you're having a conversation they are getting a feel for you as you go. After each interview I knew right then and there if they wanted me to have another interview with the next level manager.

Really weren't difficult questions but just make sure you are initiating conversation and presenting yourself as a people person that can take charge and be a leader. They are really looking for young motivated leaders.

Entretien
Had three interviews. One with HR, Regional Manager, and then finally Regional Director. All interviews were relaxed and just wanted to learn more about you as a person and why you would succeed as an Leadership Program Participant. It took about a month to complete the interview process and was then called and informed I had an offer.
