Three interviews total. The first was a quick general interview. They asked basic questions. Have you ever had a felony? Whats your driving record like? And so on. The second interview is longer and they ask more detailed questions. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? How would you respond in hypothetical situations. For example, if the road is icy how would you drive differently. Nothing to major. The third interview is a driving test.

Had a general phone interview with HR. Met in person with manager and was offered a position. It was a very easy process. The process took about a week. Training is about a week long
