Panel with 4, people it was very stressful. The process seemed like it took forever. They asked a lot of questions at once. They all stared at me the whole time.

Interviewer never showed up to the scheduled online interview. I emailed the recruiter, left a review on the interview and no response. It's been a couple weeks. Very unprofessional and disappointing

I was too honest about how I would like to move up in Spectrum. Apparently that is a red flag for older workers. Ageism is real at Spectrum. It was a shame. I feel we would have had a good working relationship.
