First, you interview with a Human Resources professional. Those people are always great. Next is a manager and then the head of the Sales department. I have like many years experience and the manager says to the Human Resources professional that I’m not qualified when I already have the experience. I’m also a very energetic and great person and the manager did not want to get to know the candidate. Position is usually posted every six months. I find that very odd.
