I was interviewed by two different people. The second interview was based on how well the first went, Both interviewers were great and friendly and detailed on the position. They asked to role play a call scenario and gave some idea of what the position would entail.

Got a call from the recruiter for a phone screen then a video interview next day on WebEx. Than the day after they offered me the job and I accepted.
