Getting an initial interview with HR and the hiring manager was easy. Within a week from my application date I was interviewing with the hiring manager and two other team members.
The interview with the hiring manager and the other two team members was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The asked very inappropriate questions that had no relevance to the position. The first inappropriate question made the rest of the interview awkward.
The hiring manager said they would make a decision within the next two weeks. I followed up on week 3 and week 4 with HR and no response.

It was a one on one interview and they basically ask you how you have handled certain customer situations and how your skills will fit them. Afterwards they will go over the schedules and the training timeline and start date.

Great interview process and candidate experience. HR and hiring managers did a great job during the interview process. Kept well informed during the entire process. I had an overall positive experience.

A little lengthy of a process, but it was thorough. Feels as though they vet the right candidates for the role. Also enough people in the process to remove any bias.
