Applied online for the position. After you apply online you have to take an assessment. (It’s pretty long, took me about an hour) if you pass the assessment you’ll eventually get a call for an interview. The job was Internet/Phone Tech Support in a call center. After applying & taking assessment, I received a call from HR to do a pre screen. Upon successfully passing the pre screen, they will schedule you for an interview. My interview was a week out and when I arrived to interview, I was greeted by a security guard to sign in and wait. A supervisor from the floor came and got me to do my interview. It was laid back, asking about your experience and they go over your resume. You have to then role play pretending to be a call center agent and the interviewer being the customer. You read off a sheet and answer their questions. Pretty simple. After the interview was over, the supervisor said he would like me to immediately interview with a manager. I agreed and waited about 10 mins. After waiting I was taken to a managers office where you do a second interview. This interview is even more laid back and the manager will go over your resume and experience. Ask you a few technical questions and see if you are a good fit for the job. After the second interview, the manager told me to wait and left the room. A HR rep came into the room at that point and offered me the job with a start date. I accepted. Signed some paperwork and scheduled a drug test and had to submit to a background check online. After passing both checks you will wait for your start date and have orientation for the first day. Overall a smooth process.
