Formal - 2 interviewers and 2 interviews on separate occasions. They lasted about 20 minutes each. Be prepared and look sharp. They will go over your work folder and ask you how you feel about your skill set and abilities to sell. Be confident and have a couple stories displaying yourself ready to tell them when asked.
