Recruiter reached out to me for this leadership role. Initial screening then video interview with the hiring manager. Called twice onsite to meet with leadership that took about two months. Overall I met great people and I am sure sombody who joins would be working with noce and smart people. I didnt hear back from them for a week after my second interview and decided to take myself off the consideration. HR was fine and said they would let the hiring manager know(very cold), I thought then that I made the right decision. The next day I got a standard email saying I wasnt a good fit.
