Applied online. The next day I got a call to schedule a phone interview. A few days later the hiring manager called me and explained the interview/hiring process. The next day I had my phone interview. He asked very little questions and I navigated most of the interview by asking him questions about the position. Be prepared to lead the interview with questions of your own and find a way to show your strengths through your questions. I came into the office about a week later for a final interview. In the final interview they explain compensation and ask light background questions. Very easy. I was given an offer a few days after that. The whole process took about 2 weeks from application to hire.

Question 1
No questions were really asked. Make sure you prepare a list of questions that highlight your capabilities. I think this was done on purpose to see your ability to sell yourself and ask qualifying sales questions to customers. A different technique than I'm used to but I get it.
Straightforward. Recruiter>Manager>Director and manager>Manager>Offer. Timeline was reasonable and process was efficient. Everything was smooth regarding the interview process. No complaints with the process other than uncommon questions that I have not been asked in other interviews.
Was super easy. There is a pre interview call with the talent specialist, if all goes well you move into an in person interview with the sales manager. The 3rd interview is with the sales manager, and the associate director.

Entretien
Interview was unprepared and hadn't read over my resume or application at all. Constantly referred to my LinkedIn as it was the only thing she'd looked at and based on her responses, only 5mins before talking. Stated that she thought I was boring, I didn't have enough followers and my LinkedIn was uninspired. Wasn't aware that this interview was a popularity competition.
