really friendly and fast. After being asked a few questions we set up the second interview. since i was moving from New York to Florida they were very accommodating. super great super good will do it again.

Very simple, general customer service questions. Basic troubleshooting scenarios. Familiarity with networking a plus as well as a history in customer service. Questions asked regarding customer support history. Not a difficult interview.

There is a 3 step interview process, one with HR, then with a Supervisor, last will be with a manager. They all generally ask the same questions but what they are looking for is your personality and ability to connect .

Meeting with 2-3 supervisors walk through the floor. They take turn asking you questions and you are able to ask them questions as well. A pretty standard call center interview. Cabling and tech knowledge help but more customer service focused.
