Internal review process with multiple steps including phone interviews, one on ones, drug screening and personality exams. The process was lengthy but fair and my recruiter was very helpful and competent

Applied next day they reached out. Had 3 rounds of interviews within three span. The recruiter was very prompt. In person was very easy with manager basic situational question. Over the phone interview with director went the same. Last interview with HR was very relaxed.

Entretien
Received a call from a recruiter who then set up an interview for the following week. Once I got to the interview, I was interviewed by 2 other members of the sales team since the initial interviewer was unavailable.
I knew I had not gotten the position as they were not impressed with the call center I was coming from. They wanted to know a lot about how my current job's metrics and what role I played in coaching, training, lowering said metrics.
I can confirm what another individual said about the people interviewing you continually on cell phones through out the interview. I think they already knew what they were looking for coming though the door and I didn't have a chance.
