I've been reached out to by third-party recruiters several times (going on 5+) for this position with Spectrum and have had a number of interviews with the recruiters, gauging interest and skills, so that they can forward me to the hiring manager proper. Contract-to-Hire, typically, for a variety of months, and once we've spoken over what they're after, and filling most of the requirements that they're in need of, they send it off, and it typically results in silence and no-responses, or after having inquired with the recruiters what happened with them, was given no feedback on the resume and initial interview.
