A recruiter from Spectrum contacted me about the position, and we had an initial chat. From there I applied online. After a week or two, they came back and informed me they were looking for a more senior candidate, but they'd keep me on their short contact list. About a week later, the recruiter called me back and helped set up interviews with a couple managers of the position. After those two calls, I had five video interviews with more people around this position. I had one more interview with the head of the department, and received an offer about five days later.
