Refreshing! 3 Face to Face interviews. Remember those?! Many companies, large and small could learn from this. Instead of endless online interviews with dozens of people, calls with HR and TA, and then panels and tests and presentations, we had 3 great in-person meetings with key stakeholders followed by an offer.
