Op basis van cv en motivatiebrief kon er worden gesolliciteerd op de functie als Rider Care Demand Planner. Na een eerste aanmelding na een maand nog niks gehoord te hebben, dezelfde documenten opnieuw geüpload. Uiteindelijk 3 maanden na dato pas reactie gekregen op de sollicitatie, middels een kort berichtje dat het bedrijf niet verder wou met mijn applicatie. Tijdens deze wachtperiode geen enkele zichtbaarheid in de procedure en geen enkele manier om hier contact over op te nemen.

Set up a time for an interview, and was completely ghosted. Tried to reach out to them once again, and months later, still nothing. I'm so frustrated with recruiters, it's getting ridiculous.

Entretien
Pretty Standard, nut took a few weeks. Phone Screening with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager. Followed by a panel interview with 6 people you would work with. Unfortunately I did not get an offer, I beleive this was due to the job posting being for a remote worker, but since I lived in Salt lake and they were doing a ribbon cutting on the new facility that was opened, the option for remote work was redacted and I pushed back, considering everyone I had interviewed with or would be working with was remote.
