I applied online and was invited to interview shortly after. Unfortunately, the recruiter appeared unprepared and distracted during the call. They seemed to have limited understanding of the role and were unable to clearly explain responsibilities, expectations, or how success would be measured. The conversation felt disorganized, and many of my questions about scope and structure went unanswered. It did not leave a strong impression of internal alignment around the position. I did not hear back for a while after the interview. Upon following up, I received a generic rejection email clearly written with AI that was based solely on data from my resume, without any contextual feedback from the actual conversation. The salary range was never disclosed. As of now, looks like the role remains unfilled.
