First, the interviewee have technical interview online or on the phone with a contractor of Spark. Second, have Face to face interview with Spark person. This seems to be the final process. Still waiting for the result.
Two rounds of interviews with the Chapter Lead, product owner and another developer. Not very technical, more about the experience and culture fit. There were no very hard and tricky questions.

Entretien
Face to Face interview with 2 interviewers. Asked couple of white board questions. Mostly focused on DevOps and Frontend stack. They were looking for someone with solid experience in DevOps.
