Entretien
The interview wasn’t just about testing knowledge—it felt like a genuine discussion. They asked me about my understanding of HR concepts, some situational questions to see how I would handle real-life scenarios, and also gave me space to talk about my own thoughts and ideas. I really appreciated that because it felt like they were as interested in getting to know me as a person as they were in my skills.
What I liked most was how approachable and encouraging the interviewers were. They shared insights about the company culture, growth opportunities, and how interns are supported, which gave me a clear picture of what it would be like to work there.
Overall, it was a very positive experience—I walked away feeling motivated and with a really good impression of Spark Minda as a place that values people and learning.

It was structured and detail oriented, mostly build on my CV having follow-up questions and clarifications based on my answers. It was more focused on my usage of HR basic concepts on real life situation rather than being just theory inquisition.
