The entire interview take place for nearly 4 hours.The first round is as usual written : The questions were awesome about technical.The apptitude and verbal too.
Second round : GD
Third round: TR(about project and some basic introduction type of interview).
Finally: Offer letter.

Round 1 : Resume filtering
Round 2 : Coding round - one big question which you need to solve in 1 hour
Round 3 : Technical interview with an Indian company's employee
Round 4 : Technical Interview with Europe Team lead
Round 5 : Salary Discussion and QnA with HR and MCS India head

If you are a lateral hire than they will ask from your expertise only, questions will be not rocket science questions it will be difficult but solvable.
