They begin with an HR rep and then pass you along to more experienced engineers for multiple phone interviews. They start with some basic questions about your resume and then ask some technical questions

Describe a point in your career where you had multiple deadlines at once and how did you manage them
First I was called for an interview over the phone. I was asked several questions about accelerometers. The questions started out really basic then increasingly built upon one another. Other than that, the questions were fairly straightforward, and it seemed more like a conversation than an interview.

Entretien
Interview was for an internship on the tower team. It was a pretty standard interview with two rounds of phone call interviews. I had a positive interview experience but just wasn't the right fit for the job
