Entretien
I did an initial phone screen and an a second call with a lead engineer on the team. The initial phone screen consisted of questions on what I knew about the program as well as basic technical questions about cantilevered beams. The second interview with the lead engineer was about me talking about my projects in depth and anything relevant to the position.

If you had a beam with one end fixed to the wall and the other end free, and you applied a downward force to the free end of the beam, where would the area of highest stress be?
I went through the first interview round. It was a 30 min phone call with mostly behavioral and some technical questions. Going through resume and elaborating on flagship project. Practice technical questions that would be similar for the next round interview.

Interview with recruiter then two rounds with hiring manager and someone on the team. Then a final panel round full day with a bunch of people, project presentation and 1-1 interviews.

Cantilever beam question - ideal cross section under different loading conditions
I had an interview which was a 30 Minute phone call with a recruiter of the technical variety, which was as expected of a first round interview. Then, I had conducted a second interview, this time of the 45 minute variety.
