It started with a phone screening with the CFO - Bret. He was very nice and we talked over my qualifications, interests, and plans for the future. From there I got my on-site interviews.
Met with 5 separated directors / managers within the finance department. I spent a half hour with each of them. All conversations were quite candid and seemingly were aimed toward a culture fit. They were curious where my interests and skills were and interestingly enough did not ask me anything technical.
