Where to start... The recruiter rescheduled the initial phone screening three times. First two times, they cancelled the phone screening five minutes before I was scheduled to receive the call saying they have a schedule conflict. After the initial phone screening, I moved on to the second interview. The recruiter scheduled the second interview a few days after the initial phone screening. I was suppose to receive a call from one of the managers who was a no show. I emailed the recruiter and the manager very politely asking if they would like to reschedule. I didn't receive any response from the recruiter or the manager. I am sure we all know that interviewing for a new job is very much a time commitment. I spent time preparing for the initial phone screening and the second round of interview. I wish SpaceX had the courtesy to let me know they'd be moving on with another candidate instead of not showing up to interviews AND not responding to emails.
